Responsibilities:

• In charge of Human Resource functions including end to end recruitment of manpower & management of employee records & payroll

• Preparing administrative reports and maintaining appropriate filling systems

• Ensuring the efficient and smooth day-to-day operations

• Write & distribute email, correspondence memos, letters & forms

• Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Managing Director

 

Skills and Expertise required:

✓Knowledgeable of Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint

✓Prior knowledge, experience or passion about visual communications/advertising is preferred

✓Always on a reliable Internet access is a must

✓Able to handle tight deadlines and can start work immediately

✓Good english communication skills
